Yes. Early mornings before you open, evenings after close, or quiet mid-week windows. Most of our retail clients prefer us there before the first customer — we confirm a regular time and stick to it so there are no surprises.
Do you clean at the Gold Coast Airport?
Yes. We clean retail tenancies, airline offices, lounges and other commercial facilities at the Gold Coast Airport. Talk to us about your specific space, access requirements and any security processes — we'll work through them before the first clean.
Is it the same cleaner each visit?
Yes, where possible. Retail spaces benefit from someone who knows the layout, the display standards and the things that matter to you. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance and send a vetted replacement.
Can you handle multiple tenancies or a retail strip?
Yes. If you manage a retail strip, a centre tenancy mix or multiple locations in a precinct, talk to us. We can schedule across them efficiently and give you a single point of contact for all of it.
Do you supply consumables like toilet paper and soap?
We bring all cleaning products and equipment. Consumables — toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels — are supplied by you. If you'd like us to manage restocking, talk to us and we can factor that into your arrangement.
What if something isn't right after a clean?
Let us know and we'll fix it — no questions asked. We'd rather come back and make it right than have you quietly unhappy. That's how the relationship stays worth having for both sides.
